Free sending stays inside MailSlurp. You can send only to an exact sandbox inbox owned by the same account; external recipients, aliases, CC, BCC, forwarding, and other egress paths are blocked. Choose a paid plan when you need controlled delivery to public addresses.

Starter is the lower-cost option for commercial email testing with capped allowances. Pro adds production sending and specialist usage. Growth adds shared access, larger included allowances, and usage-based expansion. Enterprise adds negotiated capacity, identity, compliance, procurement, and support controls.

A capped allowance stops at the displayed limit instead of creating an unexpected usage charge. Free, Starter, and Pro use caps for core inbox and email usage. Where Growth or Enterprise can continue with metered usage, the price after the included amount is shown directly in the comparison table.

Every new account starts on the permanent Free plan with no credit card required. Use Free to evaluate your email testing workflow, then choose Starter, Pro, or Growth when you need paid capacity. Enterprise evaluations and terms are arranged with sales.

An Agent is one active MailSlurp connection created with an agent API key or an OAuth/MCP authorization. Both connection types share the plan allowance. Disabled connections do not consume an active slot, and existing legacy subscriptions keep their previously saved entitlement.

The plan cards and comparison table show each included allowance. Pro keeps core usage predictable with caps while specialist tools such as extra renders, placement tests, verification, AI, domains, and phones can be billed separately. Growth includes larger core allowances and shows the price that applies after each included amount.

Phone products are separate from the base plan and available only on supported paid plans. Number rental is billed monthly by country and number type; received and sent SMS and MMS are billed per message at the rates in the phone table.

Routine renewals keep the limits already stored for an existing subscription. When a saved plan differs from the current public offer, the app identifies it as a Legacy plan so you can understand why its limits or pricing are different.

Yes. You can manage supported plan changes and cancellation from the billing area. The app shows the applicable schedule, trial status, and checkout terms before you confirm a change.

Enterprise combines custom usage and commercial terms with SAML or OIDC SSO, SCIM provisioning, role-based access, audit logs, environment isolation, security review, procurement support, and optional onboarding or support packages.
