Which plan should I choose?
Free is for exploring email workflows, testing, and AI. Starter supports regular application and campaign tests. Pro adds external sending, premium device previews, and business mailbox testing. Growth adds more testing and automation capacity for teams.
What happens after I use the included allowance?
Pro and Growth can continue with paid device rendering, inbox placement, and AI usage at the rates shown above. Domain monitoring is a paid add-on from its first credit. Email, storage, and inbox limits depend on the plan and do not all continue automatically.
View account usageWhich device previews and inbox placement tests are included?
Free and Starter include standard device targets and capped testing allowances. Pro and Growth include premium Apple Mail and Outlook desktop targets, plus business mailbox placement tests for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Their extra eligible tests can continue at the displayed usage rates.
How does AI extraction usage work?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of weighted AI tokens for extraction and automation. Pro and Growth can continue beyond that allowance at the AI extraction rate shown above. Usage is measured in weighted tokens rather than a fixed number of jobs.
What is the difference between inbox creations and retained inboxes?
Inbox creations count new inboxes made during the month. Retained inboxes measure how many remain active in your account. Deleting an inbox frees retained capacity, but it does not reset the monthly creation count.
Are phone numbers, SMS, custom domains, and additional users included?
Plan cards show the access and quantities included with each plan. Phone number rental and messaging are charged separately, and additional domains or users may have separate charges where supported. Check the card and checkout summary for the selected plan.
How do monthly and yearly plans compare?
Use the billing selector to compare the current monthly and yearly offers. Yearly cards show the monthly equivalent and identify that billing is yearly. Existing customers can review available plan and schedule changes from billing before confirming them.
What does Enterprise add?
Enterprise provides custom capacity and invoicing, SAML or OIDC single sign-on, SCIM, roles and audit logs, isolated environments, SOC 2 compliance, custom onboarding, and Slack or Microsoft Teams support.
